Paul Pogba celebrated his winning goal and Manchester United won at ‘beautiful’ Fulham as they return to the top of the Premier League table.
The 27-year-old hit a stunning winner with his left foot to bring back a 2-1 finish at Craven Cottage to secure Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men two clear points from second-placed Manchester City.
It was the Frenchman’s second goal in three best games after also scoring the same goal against Burnley last week.

Speaking to BT Sport after the game, Pogba was delighted with how he hit the ball with the weakest leg, claiming it was better than winning at Turf Moor for that reason.
‘I hit the ball well,’ said Pogba. ‘I didn’t expect it with the left foot like this but if you don’t try, you won’t get a score.
‘It was a beautiful goal and a beautiful win.’
When asked if he was better than Burnley ‘s winner, he said:’ I would say that because he was with the left leg. It was never my favorite goal but goal is a goal. ‘

Pogba’s goal came after he missed a gilt opportunity against Liverpool at the weekend in a goalless draw at Anfield.
The best chance of the game fell to a World Cup winner after taking control of a cross from Aaron Wan-Bissaka, but his effort from ten yards out – albeit clean – was just Alisson.
Reports have since said Pogba apologized to his United team-mates in the dressing room for snatching the opportunity, and the French international admitted he was ‘absolutely horrified’ by himself to do that.
