Any new contract would undoubtedly mean an increase in Kane’s current salary of £ 200,000 a week.

Reports last week suggest that City have identified Kane as the successor to Sergio Aguero and are preparing a £ 90million bid this summer.

Former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino may be interested in a reunion with Kane after his appointment at PSG – especially if Kylian Mbappe moves to Real Madrid.

The Independent claims that Kane is happy to stay at Spurs while they compete for the silverware that has eliminated him so far during an unscored career.
