Earlier this season, Klopp went against Kelly after James Milner was injured in the game at Brighton in November.

Jenas said BBC 5 Live that Klopp will regret being abrupt rather than calm with reporters.

Liverpool have struggled for form in 2021 with just two wins from seven league games
‘From Klopp’s point of view, what he has to understand is that they (Liverpool) have been a machine for so many years, and the wheels have come off completely,’ Jenas said.
‘They just haven’t gotten a bit of a dip, and they are, you know, I look like they’re going to be two points or five points behind the champions. The games they lost have been completely gone and you’re just going to come “where does this come from? ”
‘The mistakes, and the lack of form and also moreover I think when he thinks back on this season, he understands that he has his own feeling, and the way in which he has been talking to the people who will be interviewing him, he is at times almost rude and abrupt and he has been a little gloomy.
“He ‘s always been like that person in this league where you looked at him and gone” God, I love that guy, I love him very much. I’d like to to play for him, he is always cheerful. Win, lose or draw he is always with his players. “This year he has been a polar opposite to me. ‘

Klopp wrestles with BT Sport journalist Des Kelly over earlier-season TV recording
Liverpool have been struggling for shape since the start of the year with just two wins from their last seven league games.
Jenas was asked by his teammate Michael Brown if Klopp’s feelings had changed as Liverpool were getting their first difficult spells under Germany.
‘It’s not a real draw, is it?’ Jenas replied. ‘It’s not a good draw at all. If your team is losing, it’s when you have to lead your manager the most, and he’s definitely done that and he’s proven that.
‘He had that slick season in Dortmund but most of the times he has shown that fire and passion to get a group of players to play in a certain way. I just think there’s a reason it pops up for managers and most of the time it’s not always just related to results.
‘Sometimes you look at the way people are behaving and you think something isn’t right there and they start exploring and they start digging and to indeed they begin to see if it deals more. And I think more often than not, it reacts instead of being calm. ‘
