Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp moved to eradicate Egypt’s future profitability forward Mohamed Salah said Thursday he is happy at the Premier League champions.
The 28-year-old was interviewed in Spain last week where he described Barcelona and Real Madrid as major clubs and “who knows what will happen in the future”.
The Athleticsreports that Salah is understood to be earning around £ 200,000 a week ($ A358,000) on his current contract.

This led to speculation whether he was seeking a new long-term contract beyond 2023 or whether he was upset that Trent Alexander-Arnold had been handed over to the captain’s army for the Champions League group game with Midtjylland.
“We’re not talking about contracts – well, not you (the media). Why should we start now? ”Klopp said at his press conference ahead of Sunday’s game with West Brom struggling.
“Mo is in great spirits, always in a good moment. It’s in really good shape and that’s the most important thing to me.
“We didn’t have pictures (from the training ground) this morning but if we did you would have seen him laughing, he enjoyed the session.
“Everything else is nice to write about but on the inside, no, nothing.”
If Salah is sad that is not reflected by his performances on the pitch this season.
He has scored 13 goals in so many league games, missing just one due to Covid-19 isolation.
This is his best start to a Premier League term, even better than his debating campaign as he went on to score 32 in 38 appearances after scoring 12 goals in the same 14-match level. .
He came off the bench last Saturday to get past a brace in a 7-0 loss at Crystal Palace.
“I think all of those things want to talk: he didn’t start the last game, everything I heard after what could have been the cause and then he came on went ahead and got two, ”Klopp said.
“I think in his first season he didn’t start against Stoke, he came on and he got two. Of course it doesn’t take much time. ”
Klopp said he hoped his players would take the lead over their competitors – they currently have a four-point advantage over Leicester.
The Reds have a hectic record over the Christmas period with a home game with Newcastle next Wednesday and Southampton next Monday.
“All the boys were in good time, which is why we have our points so far,” he said.
“Now it’s much more important that we keep going. Everyone knows that the hardest point of the season is ahead of us.
“Christmas is always a difficult time so we need to make sure we get through with the right results.”
