Zvi Yehezkeli on peace agreement with Saudi Arabia: “Something is definitely brewing”

Approaching additional peace? The name of the Greater Gulf Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, has come up more than once as an option for the next country that has planned normalization and peace relations with Israel, following the success of the “Abraham Accords” led by former US President Donald Trump. Arab commentator Zvi Yehezkeli reinforces this thesis in an interview with Erel Segal and Roi Idan in their program on 103FM today (Tuesday) and said: “Something is definitely brewing.”

“Something security-strategic is happening with a political aspect designed to prepare for the great storm called Biden,” Yehezkeli explained. “Apparently they are in a hurry because they understand the danger is urgent,” he added.

“Saudi Arabia has been attacked morning and evening for the past two weeks insanely, it is not covered in the news,” the commentator said. “It is attacked daily by ballistic missiles in population centers, in the capital. The last missile apparently came from Iraq or Iran.”

Regarding the military struggle that Saudi Arabia is leading in the Yemeni faction of ISIS, the Houthis, Yehezkeli added: “The Yemenis have been crushing them, simply crushing them, since Biden came to power. “There was a secret meeting between the people of Biden in Oman with the Houthi representatives, they were removed from the list of terrorist organizations, and since then they have been crushing the Saudis morning and evening.”

“Iran is also in a military blitz on American facilities. Add to that what the Houthis are doing, and all this while the Americans are begging for negotiations. Our neighborhood is talking about a new era, a new order – which is why the Saudis are flocking to the polls.”

“Saudi Arabia was a country that developed all terrorist organizations in the past,” Yehezkeli said, responding to a question from presenters. “Israel – and the Israeli side says a coalition against Iran. So what, tell them, no?”

“We have to get mad for another reason – Biden’s rule is being humiliated and he is not doing anything,” he continued. “The Iranians are at their peak – two attacks against Israelis, five attacks against the Americans and the crushing of the Saudis. Now they are starting to sit down for negotiations.”

“There is an argument for Mizrahis, ‘black-eyed’, who see the Middle East in its tribal essence. Ya darling, it always works. We were pessimistic a few weeks ago when Biden came to power. His flattery to the Iranians is higher than we expected.” Finally, he referred to the “Abraham Agreements” led by the previous president of Baiden: “The steps taken here by Trump have been fascinating.”
