Zac Efron gets takeaway food while quarantining in a Sydney mansion after a trip to Dubai

He returned to Australia after a brief trip to Dubai on Friday, and on Sunday, Zac Efron received an order of takeaway food while quarantining at his home in Sydney.

The heart of 33-year-old Hollywood has been quarantined in a multi-million dollar Spanish mansion since returning to Sydney under heavy police guard.

Police and security guards were seen surrounding the building, with one guard seen returning with a lunch order for the star of The Greatest Showman.

Temporary fencing was erected around the building for added privacy and security, with guards seen entering through an opening marked ‘GATE A’.

Meanwhile, Zac’s younger brother, Dylan Efron, is also in Australia, and revealed he was in for the third day of a hotel quarantine in Sydney in a video posted to Instagram Sunday .

Shortly after he posted the video, Dylan, 29, drew criticism from angry Aussies who were left lost abroad amid a pandemic coronavirus infection.

He has since apologized and said ‘he will do my best to raise awareness of what the people of the area are facing’.

‘See if you can teach yourself and speak for serial Aussies !!!’ wrote one angry follower.

If you are going to take a much-needed valuable place in the hotel’s quarantine system, the least you can do is raise awareness of what lies ahead.

Dylan thanked the woman ‘for pointing me in the direction to learn more’, before explaining his situation.

‘The last thing I try to do is not be sympathetic to the local families who can’t be together right now,’ he wrote.

‘I came to Oz on a work visa for a project I’m working on, it took months of planning and it was a difficult process but thankfully I was approved and I am so grateful to be able to work here, he wrote.

Meanwhile, Zac has been based in Australia since March last year, and has been living in Byron Bay.

He went to South Australia at the end of last year to film the Stan Original, Gold film.
