Dina Zilber recently completed her role as Deputy Attorney General. During this period she received quite a bit of criticism from the right for her functioning and statements. Shortly after she left office, she attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and called him Pike a leader. Following this, a complaint was filed with the Civil Service Commissioner.
Zilber is now embarking on a new, and somewhat surprising, career in radio. Starting on Thursday, Zilber will present a new program on Gali Tzahal – “Words and Sentences with Dina Zilber” – in which she will embark on a joint journey with her guests, between books, reporters, between stations in time and in Palestine. Words and Laws, Living Materials, Songs and Longings. The first will be hosted by Israel Prize bride Miriam Peretz, and author Eli Amir.
In the premiere program, Peretz said: “I did not know that one day I will give my two sons. The facilitator must not be buried boys. We need silence. Calm the spirits. Leadership that conveys restraint. Do not hit. I expect leadership that knows how to touch people, connect them to the fact that we are here together. The corona is temporary, it will pass. But hatred? “

Writer Eli Amir said excitedly: “My third son, my youngest Hillel went to South America. When he came back he said to me” Dad I need to apologize to you. I’ve never read your book. For adulthood I read the abstracts. Before I left I took the Pigeon Bloom with me and there I read it. Twice. Dad – now I know who you are, I know who my grandfather was, now I hold a branch and I know who I am. “I had tears in my eyes. Just for that it was worth writing this book.”
The one who was quick to respond to the message was Yair Netanyahu, who over the years has attacked Zilber on his Twitter account. This time he wrote, while also stinging Gideon Saar: “Hahahahahaha. It can’t be invented! She moved from being a politician at the public expense in the State Attorney’s Office, to a politician at the public expense on military radio. And thanks to Saar who brought his good friend Dina into our lives.”
