As part of the study, diet survey data and mental test results from 1,500 UK adults were collected and analyzed over a 10-year period. Cheese has been found to be one of the most protective foods and can illuminate red wine or its connections to improve brain activity.

Willette, an Associate Professor, said he was pleasantly surprised by the suggested result that drinking wine and cheese may be helpful not only in treating COVID-19 epidemic but also the an increasingly complex world that is never slowing down.

The results of the study show that it is safe to have wine and cheese around Christmas festivals, as long as you have them with care. Nevertheless, researchers stressed the need for further studies to confirm this claim.
