Who stole the show at the swearing-in ceremony?

First Lady Melania Trump wore in her recent public appearance as the wife of the President of the United States black from head to toe. Trump has left a clear mark that there is no and will never be another style queen like her.

The outgoing first lady, who often used her looks to convey messages during the Trump administration, wore a dark look in a mourning sign, which is all chic and fashionable, a look that managed to stun the world. She wore a black Dolce & Gabbana pencil dress that was too long and combined a black jacket with Chanel gold buttons with Christian Louboutin black high heels and a Hermes black Birkin bag that cost over $ 50,000.

There is no doubt that the look she chose to wear was very different from the look she entered the White House with, a chic baby blue look by Ralph Lauren that was very reminiscent of the look of former White House first lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis.

There is no doubt that if one speaks of both one thing can be said, they have made the White House in style as it never was and never will be. For us they will always be an inspiration.

Also at the 46th inauguration ceremony held last night (Wednesday) of newly elected President Joe Biden were fashion shows with particularly important statements. In honor of the dramatic event, newly elected President Joe Biden wore a suit by iconic American fashion designer Ralph Lauren, a classic and elegant choice. The husband of Vice President-elect Kamla Harris also wore Ralph Lauren.

Harris and the wife of new president Jill Biden have chosen to give the dramatic moment to two black fashion designers to support the BLACK LIVES MATTER movement and young designers.

Harris, 56, and the first woman to ever be vice president of the White House, wore a purple total look that included an oversized tailored coat, an oversized pencil dress by American fashion designer Christopher Rodgers, the same designer who won the Most Interesting Fashion Designer Award in 2020 for By the American Fashion Council and Vogue magazine. She completed the look with classic black high heels and a pearl necklace by Puerto Rican-American fashion designer Wilfredo Rosado. The color she chose to wear is as a sign of identification with the symbol of the struggle for the female sex movement which was also purple.

The guest of honor who came to the ceremony was Michelle Obama, who spent the day in a burgundy-colored total look by young black fashion designer Sergio Hudson. The look included tailored trousers in an expandable cut, a tight turtleneck, a wide waist belt and a maxi tailored coat that created a chic, elegant and fashionable look.

For the artistic part of the historic event, the singers Lady Gaga performed the national anthem and Jennifer Lopez, two of the biggest and most successful stars in the world, performed.

For the iconic moment Lady Gaga wore a unique dress in a personal design by fashion designer Schiaparelli, which included a modest black top and a large, sheer red Cinderella-style skirt that incorporated a gold dove pin over the shoulder. We loved the drama that we had no doubt Gaga would bring to the event.

Jay Lou the fashionista of the day in Chanel’s classic white total look, which included white tailored sequined pants with a pearl necklace belt, a chiffon shirt with a ruffle at the collar, a tweed maxi jacket and pearl earrings in the shape of tight – fitting flowers. We really liked the style and the temporary super chic.
