Carlo Ancelotti (Reuters)
Scary event Carlo Ancelotti. The English media report that Everton’s veteran Italian coach’s home was broken into while he was not at home, but one of his daughters was actually present at the time of the break-in.
Merseyside police in Liverpool are examining the photos from the security cameras and trying to locate the burglars, who were wearing black clothes and ski masks on their faces. Ancelotti’s daughter according to the reports identified the burglars and was the one who drove them away.
According to Liverpool Echo: “Carlo Ancelotti’s house was burgled by 2 men said to be wearing black waterproof clothing and black balaclavas on Friday night. A safe was stolen before the burglars were caught and disturbed by Ancelotti’s daughter who called the police. ” #EFC pic.twitter.com/R7lfI20c5E

The coach’s daughter then of course called the police forces who began investigating the incident. Fortunately there were no casualties in the incident, nor was anything stolen from the coach’s home during the robbery attempt.
