Last weekend, the Ministry of Construction and Housing warned that government instability was holding back the promotion of tenders for the construction of thousands of apartments in the periphery. The director general of the ministry also expressed concern about a future price increase due to a shortage of housing supply.
To get an indication of the prices of apartments in the area today, we checked the prices of second-hand apartments that were recently sold with the help of the national real estate chains Anglo Saxon and Rey / Max, which provide weekly data on real estate transactions.
A 3-room apartment on the 4th floor of 14 floors on Hashalom Street in the C neighborhood, with an area of 63 square meters, was sold for NIS 520,000.
A 3-room apartment on the 2nd of 4 floors on Operation Ovda Street in the new V neighborhood, with an area of 78 square meters, was sold for NIS 615,000.
A 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of 2 floors on Operation Assaf Street, with an area of 81 square meters, was sold for NIS 680,000.
A 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor of 3 floors on Safed Street, in the T. neighborhood, with an area of 80 square meters, was sold for NIS 835,000.
A 3.5-room apartment on the 5th floor of 9 floors on Sha’ar HaGai Street in the T. neighborhood, with an area of 91 square meters, was sold for NIS 835,000.
A 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor of 3 floors on the Sanhedrin Street, with an area of 97 square meters, was sold for NIS 630,000.

A 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor of 3 floors on Underground Street in the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, in an area of 85 square meters with parking, was sold for NIS 1.25 million.
A 4-room apartment on the 2nd of 3 floors on Rachel Imnu Street in the old Katamon neighborhood, with an area of 138 square meters with a balcony, parking and an elevator, was sold for NIS 4.45 million.

A 5-room apartment on the 10th floor of 18 floors on Shtulim Street in the Kfar Shalem neighborhood in the southeast of the city, with an area of 116 sq.m. with a 12 sq.m. balcony, a warehouse, 2 parking spaces and an elevator, was sold for NIS 2.8 million.
