What are we watching, a “great country” or an advertisement?

Unknown superstar: A small handful of people know the name Tamir Bar. There is a situation that even the name “Shem Tov HaAvi” is more famous than it. But despite the public anonymity, the guy got a big campaign for a media company. In a white suit and with the charisma of a superstar, Bar sells you a triple package from the legends with a catchy song, mouse and pinecone.
The advertisement is broadcast next to that of Eli Finish disguised as a lifeguard, or the advertisement of Eran Zarchovich in a curly wig, or Yuval Samu, whose presenter is no longer clear why. Reality proves that if you have been accepted into the “Wonderland” group, you will be awarded not only a chair of honor in the Kingdom of Rainbow, but also a fast track to the world of presenters.

And somehow it always turns out that Mariano Eidelman, Shani Cohen, Liat Har Lev, Uri Leizerowitz and others embody in commercials characters who also correspond with characters they embody in the show’s sketches. And these commercials are also being broadcast during “Great Country.” A problematic combination that previously would not have received regulatory approval.

The thin border has long been broken, the advertising content mixes endlessly with the entertainment content, the restrictions are loose and the boundaries are broken. So it’s enough that Tamir Bar Tipon’s face is known from several appearances in “A Wonderful Land”, and at once he became a sought-after sales agent.
