Tommy Fleetwood made a hole-in-one at fourth on his way to a 4 & 3 victory over Dylan Frittelli in the last 16 of the WGC-Dell Technologies Draw.
Sergio Garcia scored a stunning goal at the same 179-yard par-three to earn a replay victory over Lee Westwood at Austin Country Club on Friday afternoon and Fleetwood followed his example in the first game on Saturday morning.
The 30-year-old tee bullet reached about 10 feet past the pin and rolled back down the slope and into the hole.
Fleetwood’s matches were partially the tee but the ace put him 2up against Frittelli after South Africa won the previous hole after a flying start with the Englishman he saw win the two opening holes.

Fleetwood extended his win with a birdie in the sixth par-five and went 4up after going nearly seven feet in the 10th par-four.
Frittelli managed to narrow the deficit with a birdie at the 12th par-five but another brilliant approach added to four feet at the 15th par-four a game-winning eunie seal for Fleetwood.
