Weight loss story: “I lost 22 kilos without going to the gym and my secret is early dinners!”

My breakfast: I start my day by getting a glass of lukewarm lemon water (it was within 30 minutes of waking up). My breakfast usually consists of either oatmeal with skim milk + fruit (apples / blueberries / banana) or chilla besan / jowar / bajra roti with any curry made in less ola.

My lunch: Lunch with brown curry / vegetable / fish curry is usually brown rice. I also like to eat traditional Asamese dishes like Khar which is an alkaline dish. Alkaline and acidic foods help maintain a healthy balance in the body.

My dinner: I try to plan my dinner before 730 or 8pm which would usually include some sort of protein (chicken / egg / fish). An early dinner always promotes weight loss.

Pre-workout meals: A cup of black coffee / green tea with a handful of nuts such as almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds.

Post-work meals: I usually have my breakfast after I retire

I include (What do you eat on your fake days): For busy days, I like to get outside food or junk food. It can be anything like chole bhature, paranthas, chicken biryani, momos.

Low calorie recipes I swear by: Nothing special, but always try to choose low-calorie fruits and vegetables.
