The Oktoberfest beer festival “which started a year ago in Rehovot and was an amazing success in its first year in Rehovot. When the festival visited about 20,000 visitors on 2 nights, it returns to Rehovot this year and will take place on Wednesdays Thursday 13-14 / 9 .

Oktoberfest is a beer festival held annually in the city of Munich in Bavaria, Germany from mid-September to October. Oktoberfest Israel is one of the largest beer festivals in the country and combines live performances, fair games and lots of beer while preserving the Bavarian “original values”. Sitting at the festival around wooden tables, so you can enjoy live performances, drink from the selection of special beers from the Faulner Brewery imported especially for the festival and taste the selection of Bavarian delicacies that the festival has to offer. At the entrance to the event, guests will be greeted by German hosts dressed in traditional attire
Field characters and actors will roam the complexes, running, entertaining and entertaining visitors. Every day the event facilitator will go up to the main stage and select some participants for the traditional sausage eating competition, the audience cheers and cheers and the winner will win a prestigious award and fame

The Oktoberfest festival is held in the first half of each evening for the whole family from 18:00 – 20:30. From 20:30, entry and stay will be allowed for those aged 18 and over. Admission is free

In the beer complex you will find several different types of beer from the maker of the Faulner company as well as the famous “Oktoberfest” beer which is imported especially for the festival.

Complex for the whole family

The complex is intended for parents and children where they can experience the festival, see plays and participate in sessions and games.

Food Fair

A fair on the purity of the October recipe, such as giant sausages, pretzels, shavings (pasta with cheese) and more.

About the performances at the festival

Every day the event will be opened by the Eisenbach band which is the house band of Oktoberfest Israel which will perform rhythmic songs in English, Hebrew and German and will combine familiar hits from the German festival, the Eisenbach band is an Austrian-German band that performs especially for Oktoberfest Israel
It will be followed by a changing cover band that will entertain the visitors with familiar and bouncy songs, host singers and dance the passers-by.
Between the performances, the Oktoberfest Israel Orchestra, numbering about 5 musicians (each wind, drumming, accordion, etc.) will be surprised by a procession of musicians that will march between the festival and dance critics and entertain their time.
The event will be hosted by actor Avi Azoulay, he and the Oktoberfest cast will engage the audience between the competitions and the traditional games
