The weather today (Wednesday) will be partly cloudy to overcast with high clouds, and temperatures will be higher than normal for the season. During the night, the trend that characterized the last few days will change and it will start to rain in the north and center of the country.
On Thursday it will get colder, in the north of the country it has rained occasionally and there may be light rain on the central coastal plain. During the night between Thursday and Friday, the rain is expected to intensify mainly in the north of the country.
On Friday, it rained from the north of the country to the northern Negev, accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds. Temperatures will be lower than normal and it will snow on Mount Hermon. There are fears of floods in the east of the country and in the northern Negev, and only in the evening will the rains decrease and weaken.
Nahum Malik, a Meteo Tech forecaster, noted that on Saturday it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures, and in the north of the country it may rain. On Sunday it will be cloudy to clear and temperatures will rise. It is estimated that 30-40 mm of precipitation is expected in this system in the north, and about 20-30 mm is expected in the center.
