Weather: The forecast for the weekend, and what is expected on Election Day?

Volatile weather has hit our region this week and it seems that the trend is expected to continue in the coming week, with the 24th Knesset elections to be held on Tuesday, March 23rd.

The night (Thursday) is expected to be partly cloudy and colder than usual.

Tomorrow, Friday, will be partly cloudy to clear with a slight increase in temperatures, especially in the mountains and inland, and they will be close to the average for the period.

The predicted temperatures for tonight and tomorrow in several cities in the country: Tiberias 23-10, Haifa 19-12, Tel Aviv 19-12, Jerusalem 15-7, Beer Sheva 22-7 and Eilat 27-15.

Saturday will be clear to partly cloudy with a noticeable increase in temperatures. Will get hotter than usual for the season.

On Sunday it will be partly cloudy, temperatures will continue to rise and it will become warmer than usual until it rains inland and in the south.

On Monday it will continue to be warmer than usual for the season, dry in the mountains and on the coastal plain and scorching in the rest of the country. Strong easterly winds will blow in the north, possibly dripping.

Tuesday – Election Day, is expected to be warmer than usual until it rains, with temperatures of 30 degrees in most parts of the country. Strong winds will blow and there may be haze. In the afternoon and evening the bush is expected to break and a drop in temperatures will occur. Strong winds will blow and there may be light local rain.
