Watch: Denver crushed the Thunder with 101: 119

After a busy Martin Luther King day, only two games took place tonight (Tuesday through Wednesday) in the NBA, with particularly one-sided results. The Denver Nuggets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 101: 119, and the Utah Jazz continued their league winning streak with a 102: 118 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

Denver (7: 7) – Oklahoma City (7: 6) 101: 119
The Jazz continued their great streak with a sixth straight win, and after a first half where the advantage changed hands six times, in the second Utah had already opened burners and climbed to a record 25-point lead against the Pelicans, who after defeating Sacramento returned to Surem with a sixth loss in the last seven games. Donovan Mitchell led the winner with 28 points and 7 rebounds, and alongside him Jordan Clarkson added 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. On the other hand, Ion Williamson’s 32 points weren’t really enough for New Orleans, and Brandon Ingram added 17 of his own.

Utah (4:10) – New Orleans (8: 5) 102: 118
The Nuggets continued their fickle ability tonight, beating the Thunder effortlessly in a game that opened close, but very quickly became one with only one side, and with a 23-point lead over Denver at the end of the third quarter, Nikola Jukic got a final rest after scoring 27 Points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Alongside the chin, Monte Moise scored another 15, and Paul Millsap (12 rebounds) and Will Barton (6 assists) added 13 each. On the other side, Lou Dort led the winner with 20 points, and Shay Gilges-Alexander added 14 and 7 rebounds.
