Washington returned to play after two weeks in which it missed six games due to the outbreak of the corona virus in the team. Danny Abdia and five other players were missing and also stars Russell Westbrook and Bradley Bill were unable to assist in a win over the Spurs.

Westbrook scored nine points, picked up eight rebounds and handed out six assists in 25 minutes, Bill scored 31 and Jerome Robinson added 16 in a game in which the Wizards used just eight players. San Antonio has scored 15 threes from 31 attempts and recorded its biggest win of the season. Jonata Murray scored a triple-double (11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists). Washington will face Houston and ex-John Wall next game.

The Clippers recorded their seventh straight win, much thanks to Kwai Leonard who finished with 34 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. The unfinished Serge Ivka finished with 17 points. George Hill contributed 22 to the loser.

Jaylen Brown scored 33 points in just 19 minutes and became the player to score the largest amount of points in less than 20 minutes in the age of the shot clock. Brown helped the Celtics explode at the expense of Cleveland, Kamba Walker added 21 points and three steals.

Yannis Antocompo was close to a triple-double and led the Bucks to a win over the Hawks. The star scored 27 points and added 14 rebounds and eight assists. Bobby Fortis finished with 21 points.

The Hornets achieved a dramatic away win. Gordon Hayward was the man of the match with 39 points and a super important basket 0.7 seconds to go.

Portland (6: 9) – New York Knicks (10: 8)

After three straight wins, the Knicks “came back to themselves” with two straight losses. Damian Lillard fired with 39 points, including six threes and eight assists for the Blazers Trail. The Knicks almost came back with a great fourth quarter (36 points), but eventually gave up. Emanuel Quickley finished with a career-high 31 points.
