The Liverpool defender is fighting to return before the end of the season for the Reds

Van Dijk shared a montage video with his 10 million followers on Instagram Monday
The video posted to his 10 million Instagram followers begins with taking a ball back to someone out of sight.
It is an immediate surprise to see Van Dijk perform a simple football act given the nature of the injury he suffered on October 17th.
He is then seen doing a squat with a bar and then a dumbell in his hands. And there were other drills too, one smashing the bar up and another passing the ball.

Van Dijk has been taking advantage of Liverpool’s state-of-the-art AXA training center in Kirkby, which cost the Reds £ 50million to build.
Liverpool have always refused to rule out Van Dijk for the rest of the season and there will be hopeful that he could work his way back before the end of the campaign.
It would be a tricky trick if it was managed because anterior cruciate ligament injuries are very laborious to overcome.
Van Dijk wrote: ‘Step by step’, next to the video of his recovery and Liverpool are making great progress despite his absence.

The Premier League champions are at the top of the league at Christmas after playing Crystal Palace in their last game.
Van Dijk is among several absentees, including midfielder Joe Gomez with Thiago Alcantara also a big name on both sides.
Joel Matip, Fabinho, Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips have all filled in well for the Dutchman.
And the Reds have marched on in the first half of the season, advancing in the Champions League and setting a mark for their title rivals at home.
