Those who need help can call the county’s 211 helpline.
Those 75+ must show proof of age at the time of appointment.
The county remains in the most restrictive “purple” series of the regulator’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy framework.
The nationwide level of COVID-19 testing is 16.6%, down from 20% last week, based on state-adjusted figures.
The purple series affects bars, theaters, museums, indoor recreation facilities and winters – they all have a right to be closed. But winters, like restaurants, can bring food out, in and out.
Most outlets are limited to 25% capacity, while hair salons, nail salons and workshops can operate with protections in place.
