Ampa Israel purchased land on Hashlosha Street in Shikun Amidar in Bat Yam, from the Shlosha Real Estate Company, Construction & Development Ltd. The company estimates that apartment prices in the area are expected to rise by tens of percent in light of the location in northeast Bat Yam with quick access to Ayalon lanes (Route 20) and proximity to the light rail, and to stations located near the neighborhood on Rothschild and Independence streets.
These are two plots of land, where in one plot that covers 2.7 dunams, 3 buildings with 100 housing units will be built, next to commercial and public buildings. The mix of apartments will include 3-4-5 rooms, penthouses, and mini penthouses. On the second plot of 3 dunams, 40 boutique apartments with a garden, duplexes and penthouses will be built.
The 3-room apartments are planned to be about 75 square meters on average, 4 rooms 95 square meters on average and 5 rooms about 125 square meters on average.
It should be noted that 25 of the apartments in the project are intended for the tenants of the place, who are vacating for the benefit of the construction. But these are not tenants with land rights since the apartments are not registered in their name in the registry. Despite this the company will give them apartments on the spot.
Eli Agam, CEO of Ampa Israel, states that: “Ampa Israel is pleased with the opportunity to implement a project of urban renewal, in the old heart of the city of Bat Yam, which due to the variety of uses included, saturated housing and garden and roof duplexes, commerce and public buildings, will be a magnet “For a diverse population, and will integrate well with the municipality’s vision for improving the city and its renewal, as part of the new quarterly program.”
