Three million doses of the CoronaVac have already arrived and a further 10 million doses were expected in the second passenger from Turkey from Sinovac Biotech.
“It will reach us according to the procurement plan and the vaccination program will continue uninterrupted,” Koca said on Twitter on Sunday.
Around 600,000 people were vaccinated in just two days when the vaccine spread began in mid-January, but the pace slowed after that as it moved past health care workers.
