Barcelona remembered last night (Wednesday) forgotten with a tremendous comeback, which included 0: 3 over Sevilla in the rematch of the Copa del Rey. After trailing by two goals from the first game, the Catalans were able to complete a much bigger turnaround thanks to Gerard Pique, who forced overtime with a goal during the final part of the game. Even before that, Dembele scored a beautiful goal (12) and Breitweite scored the third (94) in extra time all the way to the Copa del Rey final.
At the end of the game, and especially after Pique’s goal, it was hard to miss the joy and immense excitement of the Catalans and also of Leo Messi, who unloaded every yoke on the grass. Of course the Catalan media celebrated Barça’s impressive achievement. “Sport” reads: “A glorious and grandiose comeback to Barcelona, another unprecedented ‘Remontade’, on the way to the final.” In the ‘Mundo Deportivo’ they added: “A tremendous reversal of Barça”.

In Barcelona, they also did not forget to sting the Andalusian rival on Twitter, who, as I recall, stung the runner-up after the first meeting. Last night after the miraculous comeback, Barcelona’s social managers shared that post from Sevilla and of course did not forget to sting as hard as possible.
Although, his restrained character coach Ronald Koeman said excitedly at the end: “It’s just great. I’m so proud of this team, I really think I could not have asked for more. We’ll try every game to win and there’s always a chance for a turnaround. It’s great we were able to change our thinking.”
Jordi Alba also found it difficult to hide his joy: “It seems to me that we have not experienced such a game for a long time. It is not least thanks to Koeman. From the beginning he was clear that he is very systematic and knows what to do.” Federy added: “I think Pika’s goal was just something crazy. It’s a dream for me to play in the final, it’s a dream to succeed in Barcelona. Pika managed to score at the last minute so our celebration is just perfect ..”.
