The Giants spent twenty consecutive weeks in the Official Top 10 Irish Singles Record, before returning to the top flight for a four-week period at No. 1, which included a bid for Christmas No. 1, the first song with an Irish act to do so since 2005. The song also helped Dermot’s first Irish act to replace themselves at No. 1 when the Giants opposed Paradise (a collaboration with Meduza) from top of the Irish Singles Official Card.
