As a result players were earning millions before the moment, but Rockstar was quick to notice this. Shortly afterwards, the accounts of many players were banned. Seven years’ worth of progress was immediately reset to 0, and a so-called “wipe money” was made.
# 2 – Login Bonus Glitch
Every once in a while, Rockstar likes to reward its players with a login bonus for just playing GTA Online.
Rockstar once offered $ 500,000 on login, and players found a way to get that money two or three times with the help of closing time.
Once they got the money in GTA Online, players would close the game and bamboo the game into thinking they hadn’t won the prize. Players were able to do this up to three times within the game.
# 3 – Promise to Victory
This glitch was another one that was born out of precise time and felt almost unreasonable in a way that casino robbery does.
Basically, players could skip the game halfway after placing a big bet on a horse in Diamond’s Inside Track race.
If the player could stop GTA Online perfectly at the time when they knew the horse was not going to win, they could keep the money they bet. Players could then do this again as often as possible without losing any of the money they promised.
