Now, scientists believe that a particular species can become full-bodied out of broken heads, but they’re not sure why.

According to researchers from Nara Women’s University in Japan, who published their current study in Biology – a peer-reviewed journal, two species of sea snails can recover bodies equipped with heart and other internal organs.

Along with this, scientists saw the incredible ones because creatures could be seen sailing without their bodies. One of them moved around with a body twice!
When they parted, the head was able to move on its own, and within a few days, the injury behind the snail’s head had healed and closed.
Scientists also discovered that within hours of starting to separate, sea snails began to feed on algae. In less than a week, they were able to renew their hearts.

An adult head lived for about ten days, after which researchers found a new body with new organs formed by the untied head within three weeks.
Even then, there were some limitations that the old body parts were unable to regenerate both among old and young sea snails. But even then, these hunting bodies could be felt for days, and in some cases months.
