This coming Sunday: Students in 62 localities and neighborhoods will not return to study

Yesterday was the third day in a row that there were more than 2,800 people diagnosed with Corona virus carriers • The Ministry of Health updated the list of red and orange cities

Hundreds of thousands of fifth- and upper-grade students, including middle and high schools in 62 localities, including 25 neighborhoods in Jerusalem, will not return to school on Sunday, at the end of Hanukkah – because of rising morbidity.

Aharon from Beit Shemesh receives NIS 6,400 every month due to depression. Maybe you deserve it too?

This is after the Corona Cabinet today (Friday) approved the list of red and orange cities – which will not hold frontal studies, but will continue distance learning.

The Ministry of Health updated last night that the list of cities that turned red and orange has expanded and now there are 110 localities, cities, districts and neighborhoods, including a large number of neighborhoods in the capital Jerusalem and also Raanana, Ashkelon, Or Yehuda, Dimona, Mevaseret Zion, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Malachi, Abu Ghosh, Baqa al-Gharbiya and more.

According to the Corona guidelines, unlike kindergarten and first- to fourth-grade students, fifth-graders and above will not return to classroom learning if their city turns red or orange.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Health updated that yesterday was the third day in a row that there were more than 2,800 people diagnosed with Corona virus carriers.

Yesterday, 79,521 tests were performed, so that the rate of positive results stands at 3.6%.

On Wednesday, 2,823 people were diagnosed and on Tuesday, 2,862 people were diagnosed.
