Executive Producer for I’m a Celebrity … Get me out of here! has been reported to be the only celebrity to have regretted throwing on the show.
In an interview with the TV Reload podcast on Saturday, ITV Studios’ Alex Mavroidakis admitted he was upset about throwing Hollywood gossip blogger Perez Hilton in 2020, saying it was just ‘not okay’.
Mr Mavroidakis said he hoped to recreate the success of Perez, 42, when he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother UK in 2015.

Viewers marked Perez as ‘rude’ and ‘disrespectful’ on Twitter shortly after he left.
