Craig Eddie was crowned winner of The Voice UK 2021 after a nail-biting final on Saturday night.
Scottish singer, 23, defeated rival Grace Holden of Team Olly Murs to take the lead and a recording contract with Polydor.
Craig’s win means his coach Anne-Marie, 29, earned her first win after her first year on an ITV show.

Craig and Grace, as well as finalists Okulaja (from Team will.i.am) and Hannah Williams (from Team Tom Jones) battled it out on the night, where each sang two song – solo performance and duet with their coaches.
The audience then voted and pitted Grace against Grace for the final part of the contest in which they had to sing one more song to impress the virtual audience.
The two artists believed in the winners themselves, with Grace singing Dream Catch Me, and Craig playing the self-written album Come Waste My Time.

In the end, it was Craig who came out on top, with the songwriter clearly enthralled by the name Emma Willis, 45.
Speaking after winning, Craig said: ‘I’m shocked. Thank you everyone, thank you Scotland. Thank you to everyone who voted.
‘Thank you to Anne-Marie for believing in me and for bringing me to this point. I honestly can’t express my gratitude enough. ‘

After her loss, Grace graciously said: ‘I have had the best time. I am so happy. ‘
Her coach Olly Murs said: ‘Congratulations to Anne Marie. Congratulations to Craig, you have been amazing to day one. ‘

While Blessing Chitapa, champion of The Voice UK 2020, returned to the stage to play the second single Smile II, where she also announced that her debut album will be released at the end of next month.
