As Belgium begins to lift some of its lock-in restrictions, Prime Minister Alexander De Croo has confirmed that vaccinations remain the main way to stop the spread of the disease.
“It is very clear that vaccination remains essential,” De Croo said on Friday, when he announced the plan to exclude.
