The suicide trainer sets another Superofo Goofy paper, fully functional

The Suicide Squad trailer has been released. It brings back some of the old team and introduces several new characters, along with a glimpse of what the story would have been like. The film follows the 2016 film Suicide Squad directed by David Ayer. The first trailer for the upcoming film, just called The Suicide Squad, also reveals that the Goddess is a Starro – a big star who first appeared in The Brave and the Bold comic # 28 from the 60s. And in case you missed it, Sylvester Stallone raises a voice about the character of King Shark.

The trailer begins with the squad implementing a plan to save Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) just to find him (already escaped) even before the plan went through. It brings back the concept of the Suicide Squad – a team of supervillains who are forced to work together to save the world – and they are accessible. There are some high-octane action scenes, funny quips from some of the characters, and some scenes filled with enough and glory to let DC fans fill them. Also, a COVID reference seems to be in there as well when Harley Quinn tells thinker Peter Capaldi that if he coughs without covering his mouth, he dies.

The Suicide Squad brings back Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, and Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, among others from the 2016 film. It features characters newcomers like Idris Elba as Bloodsport, Michael Rooker of Galaxy Defenders as Savant, Alice Braga as SolSoria, Pete Davidson as Blackguard, John Cena as Peacemaker, David Dastmalchian as Polka-Dot Man, and King Shark as Stallone, among others.

The Suicide Squad was directed by James Gunn who also supported the Guardians of the Galaxy films. Gunn co-wrote the film with John Ostrander, who wrote the comic book on which the film is based. DC Films, Atlas Entertainment, and The Safran Company have produced The Suicide Squad which will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures.

The film is slated to be released worldwide on August 6 this year in theaters as well as HBO Max. In India, it is available in four languages - English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
