The Samsung 870 EVO SSD and Samsung Portable SSD T7 drives arrive in Israel

Samsung’s New SSD DrivesSamsung 870 EVO Internal andSamsung Portable SSD T7 The external ones come to Israel, when they offer a storage solution for home users who want to increase the storage volume with the 870 EVO drives or for users who are looking for a portable storage solution with the T7 SSDs.

The new series of EVO 870 drives arrives in Israel only about a week after the official announcement, when they replace the previous generation EVO 860 drives and join the QVO 870 series announced in 2020. Along with the internal EVO 870, the Samsung Portable SSD T7 also lands in Israel, an external SSD drive that comes as a version without the fingerprint sensor that exists in the corresponding Samsung Portable SSD T7 Touch version.

The EVO 870 drives are designed for internal use on a computer, come in a 2.5-inch configuration with a SATA connection and offer continuous read speeds of up to 560MB / s and continuous write speeds of up to 530MB / s. The T7 SSD comes as a tiny external drive measuring 85x57x8mm and weighing 58g, using a USB-C connection in the USB 3.2 Gen 2 standard at data transfer speeds of up to 1050MB / s.

The Samsung 870 EVO SSD drive is available for sale in Israel in the 250GB version for NIS 230, 500GB for NIS 315 and a 1TB volume for NIS 615, while the Samsung SSD T7 drive comes in the 500GB and 1TB versions. At prices of NIS 525 and NIS 999, respectively.
