Wednesday will be the rainiest this week. During the day it will be partly cloudy, and in the north of the country it will rain locally and will continue to blow strong winds. In the center there may be local rain. At night the rains will intensify and spread to the northern Negev, accompanied by thunderstorms and snow on Mount Hermon.
Lior Sudri, a Meteo Tech forecaster, said that on Thursday it will rain intermittently from the north to the northern Negev, it will be colder than usual and it will snow on Mount Hermon. There are fears of floods in the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea. In the afternoon the rains will diminish and gradually cease.
On Friday a change will take place and the rains will stop. It will be partly cloudy to fine, there will be a slight increase in temperatures and they are average for the period.
The level of the Sea of Galilee was measured by the Water Authority and stood at: 209,285. An increase of 1 cm from yesterday. The level of the Sea of Galilee is 48.5 cm from the upper red line.
