The suspect in placing the grenade outside the noble family home (Radad Jabara)
Police are expected to confront today (Tuesday) between Bar Gita, who is suspected of placing a stun grenade outside the house of Omar Atzili, and his girlfriend. Gita was questioned yesterday by the target investigators and today he was summoned to his girlfriend, after they had already questioned her earlier this week. In the same interrogation they showed her a video in which she allegedly identified her girlfriend.
The researchers intend to confront the day between the two, when they press the company that is not used to such things. In the meantime, Gita has added attorney Shachar Hatzroni in his defense in addition to Adv. Roi Keren. The Tel Aviv District Court is expected to hold another hearing today in the case of the other suspect, Omri Ben Lulu.
Police will have to present more evidence to the court to extend Ben Lulu’s detention. If no further hearing takes place or no evidence is presented that will convince the court to extend the detention, then according to the court decision from yesterday it should be released by today at 13:00.
