The new Microsoft 365 feature helps convert Word docs to PowerPoint presentations

Microsoft recently announced that it will allow switching over Word records to a PowerPoint introduction. The tech giant made the changes Wednesday and brought the feature live. This new feature will be useful for users who would like to convert their work on Word presentations to PowerPoint.

Users with Microsoft 365 membership can open their Word document on the web as PowerPoint. To do so, the user can click File> Export> Export to PowerPoint introduction, select the theme, and after that stand for two or three seconds while the help naturally shifts over to deck PowerPoint slider.

According to a report by Mashable, at present, the new part can only be used in English and only works in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. The report suggests that the new feature is not as compatible with Internet Explorer and Safari as of now. The feature is currently only accessible for select clients. Microsoft is rolling out to consumers worldwide in stages.

Despite the new feature, the user may still need to make adjustments to the sliding deck to make it look completely like a complete manual transformation.

Microsoft ‘s Andrea Eoanou wrote in a statement, “The slides come from the top of your sections in the document, so make sure you organize your Word document accordingly for the best recommendations. Based on keywords in your document, PowerPoint Illustrator suggests images, images, videos, themes[,] and fonts to organize your content. You can always modify the suggested content if needed. “
