The man who will lead the agreement between the Arab world and Israel: a student of the “Kol Torah” yeshiva

The new envoy to the Middle East: Avi Berkowitz, a 30-year-old ultra-Orthodox young man from New York, has been elected the new envoy of the US President to the Middle East in place of Jason Greenblatt who announced his retirement this weekend. Of Arab countries in the region headed by Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, Egypt, Jordan and Iraq vis-à-vis Israel.

His main role will soon be to move Trump’s Century Plan, which will include a number of Arab states that will likely begin diplomatic relations with Israel openly, as the plan progresses in the region.

Berkowitz studied for two years at the Kol Torah Yeshiva in Jerusalem and the Business Insider newspaper described him as the foster son of Trump’s Jewish son-in-law – Gard Kushner.

According to sources in the White House, Berkowitz is considered a professional and calm person and he has already gained a long way of contact with ambassadors and government officials from around the world.

Berkowitz, accompanied Kushner when he was a businessman, in Trump’s election campaign where he managed both the live broadcast during the campaign and in the White House. His official title at the White House has so far been President Donald Trump’s “special assistant,” but Berkowitz was the man closest to Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and adviser.
