LG Israel and Runlight have officially launched the LG Wing 5G in Israel, the dual-screen dual-configuration phone, with support for 5G communications right out of the box.
The LG Wing brings a completely new statement and style to the market. It offers, as I recall, a main screen that rotates over a secondary screen and provides unique display options. The main screen has a 6.8-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2460 × 1080 pixels, and includes a fingerprint scanner below the screen. When rotated 90 degrees to a horizontal working position, it reveals below another 3.9-inch OLED screen at a resolution of 1240 × 1080 pixels.
This configuration allows you to run a particular application on the main screen and perform another operation on the second screen without interruption. For example, you can watch a video on one screen and respond to comments on the secondary screen, or play on the main screen when the control buttons appear on the secondary.
“The new device with two screens was created to allow the user to make the most of the capabilities of his phone, and to express the work capabilities in multiple tasks befitting the fast-paced world in which we live. Creative work has been done here and I am convinced that users in Israel will love and appreciate Wing’s functionality,” Guy Ben Yehuda, VP of Marketing for LG Israel.
The specification beyond that does not touch the sky. It is based on Qualcomm’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor with a fifth generation and 8 gigabytes of working memory, 256 gigabytes of file storage with expansion option via memory card, and a 4,000 mAh battery.
The camera system includes a removable selfie camera with a diagnosis of 32 megapixels and three lenses on the back of the device: 64 megapixels first, 13 megapixels for super-wide photography, and 12 megapixels designed specifically for photography while the screen is on its axis at 90 Degrees, and the secondary screen serves as a kind of gimbal. And weighs an average weight of 260 grams and a thickness of about 11 millimeters.
The device is available for purchase in Israel starting today (Thursday) at a price of NIS 3,199 with a two-year warranty by Runlight. As part of the launch campaign, the device kit comes with a screen protector, back cover and a cover worth NIS 199 as a gift.
