Tzemach Hamerman reported the sale of 58 units in the “Yaara Boutique” project in Tzur Yitzhak to a third party for NIS 90.8 million, thus completing the sale of the entire project, which includes 68 units, before its construction. The Honeysuckle Boutique project includes 68 units in three 6-9 storey buildings that include 4-5 room apartments and garden apartments. According to the plan, the construction work began several weeks ago and is expected to last about 24 months.
The company’s share rose about 50% in the three months in accordance with the positive sentiment in residential real estate shares and is trading at an all-time high. The company’s market value is NIS 364 million and equity amounts to NIS 289 million at the end of the third quarter.
