Won tenders by the Israel Land Authority in Ramat Hasharon, the results of which were published today. ICR will be able to build 79 apartments on the land you receive, while the Hamerman plant will be able to build 300 apartments.
ICR, formerly of Nerev Projects, is equally owned by Israel Canada and Ram Holdings, has submitted a bid of NIS 136 million for lease rights in an area of 2.4 dunams in the Neve neighborhood also in Ramat Hasharon, north of the Tel Baruch neighborhood in Tel Aviv. NIS 15 million. The company is expected to build the apartments in 3 buildings of 7-11 floors, and their construction is expected to be completed within four years of the approval of the tender.
The Hamerman plant submitted a bid of NIS 505 million, for leasehold rights for an area of 9,747 square meters. Development costs are estimated at NIS 7.57 million. Along with 299 housing units, the company will be able to establish commercial areas on the land amounting to 560 square meters. The company expects that the sales volume in the project (excluding VAT) will be about NIS 1 million. The cost of sales is estimated by Tzemach Hamerman at NIS 885 million, with the gross profit expected to be NIS 163 million.
