As mentioned, it has recently become known that in light of the long procrastination regarding the deal and in particular due to Ben Khalifa’s lack of integrity and bankruptcy regarding the production of the necessary documents for the committee, the deal was stuck and today it became official and cooperation between the emirate sheikh and the group from the capital.
The committee’s announcement states: “As part of the request for the transfer of rights, Betar Jerusalem submitted a request for an additional extension for the transfer of completeness in accordance with the committee’s decision, until 10.3.21. Alternatively, the group counsel asked to withdraw the application, while preserving the group’s rights to resubmit the application in the future. In light of the examination of this request, the Committee decides to grant the second alternative, and to authorize the Group to withdraw its original request. In the future, the group will be entitled to submit a new request for the transfer of rights in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. “
