The forecast for the continuation of winter and spring: rainy and stormy

The seasonal forecast for the amount of precipitation forecast for Israel for the rest of the winter and spring, as given by American models for seasonal forecasting, indicates that the amount of precipitation in the second half of winter and spring months is expected to be higher than average. In light of this, does anyone remember that we waited for the current rain system for about three weeks in the middle of January?

Meanwhile, the stormy rain system that befell Israel has not yet ended, although it seems that in the coming days there will be a slight respite. The evening (Thursday) and night are expected to be clear and cold, it may be cold in the morning at the designated places (in Afula 3 degrees, in Safed and Katzrin 2 and in the northern Golan 0 degrees).
