The first things to install in Windows 10

Whether you just installed a new PC box or your software has recently been updated, when you start your computer with Windows 10 for the first time, there are some settings and pre-orders that you want to enable to ensure the best better user experience.

First, sign in to your Microsoft account to sync your previous settings, and any new settings you make in Windows 10. Save for updates – if you’ve made an update using version older of Windows 10, you will want to do this make sure you have the latest version of everything. To keep up to date with the latest information, sign up for the Windows Insider Program to access the latest features.

Here’s the next round of scenarios you want to pick up:

  • go to Demonstration and tweak Night light mode to change the color temperature of your screen during dark hours.
  • go to Messages & Actions to disable all such Microsoft warnings.
  • go to Storage and turn it on Sense of storage to keep your system clean.
  • Once your apps are installed, go to Taskbar and “Choose which images appear in the taskbar” to keep everything looking neat.
  • Similarly, go to Apps and click on it start up to determine which apps will launch automatically when your computer starts, which should be one or two at most.
