The Czar has finished the season, may miss the Euros

Eden Hazard was a huge star in the English league. The Belgian who starred in Chelsea moved to Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 and was supposed to be its big star following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo. This did not happen and today (Wednesday) it was reported that the Czar had finished the season after it was decided to operate on his ankle.

The numbers do not tell the whole story, but give expression to the Tsar’s disappointment: 1,482 minutes played in the league since his arrival, which are 16.5 games. This season Hazar played just 14 games for Real and scored three goals. He tried to return against Elche in the last round, playing a quarter of an hour as a substitute for the first time since January, but will have to finish two weak seasons.

The Czar is in great doubt for Euro 2020 which has been postponed a year to this coming summer. In the days as a correction he is one of the stars of the Belgian team that aspires to finally win a big tournament, or at least reach the later stages.
