The countries that will receive vaccinated tourists Israel today

More than three million Israelis have already received the first vaccine dose and it is estimated that in about a month there will be about four million Israelis who will receive the two vaccine doses. Ben Gurion Airport is still closed, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel – opening tourism to the vaccinated.
Next week, as we first published yesterday on the Israel Today website, the Greek Prime Minister is expected to land in Israel with the aim of signing a tourism agreement for the vaccinated, according to which Israelis who receive the two vaccine doses will be able to enter Greece without isolation.

A vacation for the vaccinated in Thailand this year?

Greece is not the only one, Cyprus has also already announced that it will take a similar step and probably even earlier than its Greek neighbor. Seychelles was the first country in the world to take such a step and already allows those vaccinated in both doses to enter its territory without the need for isolation.

Another very significant country in the tourism sector is Thailand, according to local media reports, the Thai tourism minister is already considering entry permits for the vaccinated and according to estimates, if that happens it is expected to take effect in the third quarter of this year. Thailand aims to receive between 5-10 million tourists by 2021.

Other countries with which negotiations are taking place are Georgia, Romania and Serbia. At the same time, there are talks with other countries, some of which are very popular with Israeli tourists. Spain has already expressed interest in vaccinated tourists and so has Italy.

It is important to remember that there are quite a few countries that already allow Israelis to enter their territory regardless of the vaccine. Most require corona tests. Among the countries: USA, Turkey, Mexico, Dominican Republic, United Arab Emirates, Panama and more.

In the coming weeks, as the rate of vaccinations increases, many countries are expected to woo the Israeli tourist. The economies of many countries depend on tourism and the expectation is that in the coming weeks we will hear about quite a few more countries opening their gates to the vaccinated.

According to the Ministry of Health, no obligation to isolate the vaccinated is being considered back from abroad, so that the vaccinated can enjoy the possibility of entering a number of countries and returning to Israel without the need for isolation.
