In the shadow of the postponement of the game between Boston and Miami, and alongside the announcements about the Corona attack experienced by the NBA, last night (Sunday) this night opened early with two games: in focus, the Los Angeles Clippers sweated, but defeated the Chicago Bulls 127: 130. Earlier, the Utah Jazz defeated the Detroit Pistons 86:96.
Los Angeles Clippers (4: 7) – Chicago Bulls (7: 4) 127: 130 (Watch the summary in the video above)
After the loss to Golden State, and counting three losses in the last five games, the LA team was able to recover, come back to win and settle for third place in the West. The loser, however, suffered a third straight loss and is now faltering at the bottom of the East.
Chicago was the one that started the match better, and that gave it a double-digit advantage already in the first quarter, but from that moment the control passed to the Clippers – who slowly bit the difference and forced a dramatic end. The one who took command in Money Time was Williams, who scored 13 points in the decisive quarter and arranged the victory. A huge performance by Zack Levin – including six huge points in the last half minute – almost arranged a surprise, but it was not enough.
Williams finished the game with 21 points, just behind Kwai Leonard (35 points) and Paul George (24 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds). Zack Levin’s 45 points and Rookie’s 17’s Patrick Williams were not enough for the Bulls to secure a prestigious victory.

Utah Jazz (4: 6) – Detroit Pistons (8: 2) 86:96
In the game that started the night of the games, the Jazz did not have a hard time and reached a balance of 4: 6 with a second victory in a row. On the other hand, following the loss, Detroit continues to shuffle with an 8: 2 balance, in the penultimate place in the East Coast table.
Donovan Mitchell led the Jazz scoring with 28 points, Mike Conley added 22, Jordan Clarkson scored 18 and Rudy Guber admittedly scored only 3 points but picked up 20 rebounds. For the Pistons, Jeremy Grant stood out with 28, Sadiq Bay contributed 12 and Blake Griffin with 10.
The Jazz took the lead already during the first quarter, which grew throughout the game. At its peak, the gap had already reached 18 points – 36:54, and by the end even if the gap narrowed it had already happened in Garbage Time. 86:96 to Utah at the end.
