The real estate company “Rain Holdings”, the sponsor of Betar Jerusalem, announced that it has acquired 20% of Derech Lachaim Cannabis, in which contact partner Gili Vermot, who recently retired from active play.
The real estate company owned by developers Yossi Mizrahi and Shamgar Vaknin purchased 20% at a value of NIS 75 million. The founders of the cannabis company, Shahaf Ohana, Iris and Gili Vermot, will pocket NIS 7.5 million each and remain the controlling shareholders with a 40% stake in each of the shares.
