The 34th week of the protest against Netanyahu: Tonight (Saturday), thousands went out across the country to demonstrate on bridges and intersections against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The “black flags” reported a number of cases of violence against demonstrators, one of the most serious in Kiryat Ono, when a young woman stopped her car in the middle of the intersection and threatened to shoot at protesters. “I filed a complaint with the police with the vehicle number,” said Avi Shmueli, the bridge’s leader.

The black flags said: “Increase in violence at intersections around the country, tonight: gun threats in Kiryat Ono, smashing a car window in Dvira, verbal violence in Herzliya, stone-throwing in Netanya, beatings in Rishon Lezion, where a street brawl broke out.”
Rosie Keidar, a protest leader in Rishon Lezion, said: “Suddenly, Bibi’s supporters came to our intersection (Rabin) and started tearing flags and beating two activists who demonstrated. A police car arrived and they filed a complaint. This is the first time there is physical violence at our intersection. We will not pass in silence. “
