The long-awaited teaser from Moishlal star Drishyam 2 is out. The sequel of the famous 2013 thrush Drishyam also brings back Meena, Ansiba Hassan and Esther Anil. In addition, the film will jump on the theater track and release directly on Amazon Prime Video.
The teaser begins with the top view from Drishyam, where Mohanal’s Georgekutty tells a cop that he thinks the new police station will protect his family. What it really means is that his secret will be buried under the floor of the police station forever. Well, it seems he was wrong.
The ghost from the past seems to rise from his grave to visit Georgekutty and his family in the sequel. However, Georgekutty seems more confident in covering his tracks. The last photo in the teaser shows no guilt on his face. It is only a resolute determination to get rid of the secret once and for all so that he does not return to threaten his family to be peaceful.
Drishyam was written and directed by Jeetu Joseph, who wrote and directed Drishyam 2.

Drishyam emerged as the tallest Malayalam cinema in 2013 with more than Rs 50 crore box office collection worldwide. He even inspired memories in other languages, including Chinese (Sheep without a Shepherd). The film revolves around the efforts of his father, who tries to deal with the murder his family committed by spinning a web of merciful lies.
