Taylor Rochesti joined Hapoel Haifa. After negotiations that lasted several days, the 35-year-old citizen signed with the Reds until the end of the season and will earn about $ 25,000 a month.
Rochesti, who had talks with Hapoel Holon at the beginning of the season, preferred the offer of the newcomer, which was significantly higher than that of the Purples. The expensive deal for a modest team like Haifa was made possible thanks to the help of an outside sponsor who helped sign Rochesti, who will be the highest-paid Israeli in the league.

Rochesti was recently released from the Red Star Belgrade, after not impressing and scoring an average of 3.9 points in nine Euroleague games in which he took part. Last season he played 21 games for Olympiacos and scored 4.6 points.
According to the numbers, it can be understood that the guard is nearing the end of his career, and is still a player at his level (former basket king in the Euroleague) and with all the experience he has gained over the years in top teams in Europe, is expected to add much to the newcomer.
